Skins isn't available as a comercial product to date.Despite a few near misses, we didn't find a suitable business backer during the project's delelopment period (1999-2001).

A year after we approached Roland with our prototype, they released the "Handsonic" HPD15. Although a high-quality electronic drum, we still feel it lacks the visual impact Skins delivers as a stage instrument.

We are not planning to develop Skins any further. 3 prototype have been built and are still in use once in a while.
