June 2009 An expanded cinema screening performance collaboratively devised by 10 Glasgow artists specifically designed to be presented in Bassline Circus' large geodesic dome at Glastonbury 2009. Using a circular mobile screenscape in a near blackout playground to present extracts from well-known-to-obscure dystopian movies, the group of performers manipulated cube screens, hand-held video projectors,overhead projectors, painted cardboard and mesh structures, masks, large scale 2-dimensional puppets, smoke, lights, remote controlled helicopters to respond to a live audio-visual remix with actions and audience interactions. events' flyers: Pointless Cinema is an occasional audiovisual lounge event, a side project of Glasgow club visuals providers Pointless Creations.
